The 2River View, 3_3 (Spring 1999) Athena Leavitt , age 6, reads and speaks Spanish and would like to be a ballerina. She also writes poems, her mother types them, then Leavitt reads and signs them at poetry readings. Leavitt says her paintings are special to her. That's why she hangs them on her mother's bedroom wall. |
